Job Description
We are searching for a qualified Contracting Projects Manager who is ready to take on more of a strategic managerial position within a major civil contractor environment.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, maturity, management know-how, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing; present well as a person
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Responsible to develop and maintain professional Design work as per owner requirements
- Monitor & control the resources productivity in daily basis
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before execution.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards & requirements
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Computer Skills are required.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Degree in Bsc. Architecture Engineering.
- Min.10 years experiences, at least 5 years in gulf area.
- Have a good exposure in concept design
- At least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Other duties as assigned
