Job Description

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are planned, organized and aligned to manpower forecast plans/budgets as well as being in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment activities – advertising, liaising with recruitment agencies, short-listing CVs, managing applications, arranging and conducting interviews, negotiating offers and conducting employee back ground verification checks.
  • Liaise with line managers and coordinate all new starter and induction activities for new employees.
  • Ensure all relevant information has been collated form employees regarding personal and bank details, medical insurance forms and confidentiality documents have been signed.
  • Ensure the implementation and timely completion of performance appraisal process in coordination.


  • Minimum 2 Years experience.
  • Must have Saudi nationality.
